Prices listed on our website are starting prices and can be subject to change without notice. Final cost of a service is determined by the stylist and based on client hair type, length, density, service time, and any add-on treatments. Please book an in-person consultation with one of our stylists if you have further inquiries about pricing.
We require a 24 hour notice from the time of your appointment for cancellations. If you have a cancellation after a 24 hour window or are a no-show, we will require a credit card for any future bookings. After 24 hours notice or no-shows cancellations will result in a 50% service deposit.
We accept payments in cash, credit card, and Apple Pay. However, tips are only accepted in cash or Venmo. We do have an ATM located inside the salon.
We do not offer refunds for services. However, we do have a two-week redo policy. If you are unhappy with your service, please let us know right away and a stylist will fix it to your liking, free of cost.
We require a 50% deposit to book keratin treatments.
